What does it cost to talk to you or get a home value report?
Nothing. Consultations and home value reports are completely free, with no obligation to list or buy. Most people just want to understand their options first — that's exactly what the first conversation is for.
How do you figure out what my home is worth?
Not with an automated estimate. I pull recent sales of comparable homes near you, walk through what makes yours different, and factor in what buyers are actually paying in your area right now. You get a realistic number and the reasoning behind it.
How long will it take to sell my home?
It depends on your price point, condition, and neighborhood. Before we list, I'll show you how long homes like yours are actually taking to sell nearby — so you go in with real expectations, not a sales pitch.
What areas do you cover?
North Texas — the Dallas–Fort Worth metro and the surrounding counties. If you're not sure whether your area is covered, just ask; if it's not a fit, I'll point you to someone good.
Do I need to be pre-approved before we look at homes?
It's strongly recommended — in a competitive market, sellers take pre-approved buyers seriously. If you don't have a lender yet, I can connect you with trusted local lenders so you know your real budget before we tour.
Are you part of a brokerage?
Yes — I'm a licensed Texas REALTOR® (License #841167), brokered by Fathom Realty. But you work directly with me from the first call to closing day, not a rotating team.
